NOTPicky Pediatric Feeding and Nutrition Clinic is a specialized multidisciplinary center dedicated to the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents with Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD), ARFID, dysphagia, oral-motor dysfunction, tube-feeding dependency, selective eating, growth impairment, nutritional deficiencies, and other complex feeding and swallowing disorders.
Based in Mexico, NOTPicky is among the few emerging clinics in the country devoted exclusively to pediatric feeding disorders through an interdisciplinary, evidence-based, and family-centered model of care. The clinic was established in response to the increasing recognition that feeding disorders are complex medical conditions requiring specialized assessment and coordinated intervention across multiple disciplines.
Our clinic is directed by a pediatric gastroenterologist and pediatric nutrition specialist with more than 20 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, pediatric gastroenterology, and nutrition. The multidisciplinary team includes pediatricians, pediatric nutrition professionals, feeding therapists, orofacial myofunctional therapists, physiotherapists, and lactation support specialists who work collaboratively to provide individualized care for children with medically and developmentally complex feeding difficulties.
At NOTPicky, we recognize that feeding disorders are multifactorial conditions involving medical, nutritional, oral-motor, sensory, developmental, and psychosocial components. For this reason, every patient undergoes a comprehensive evaluation aimed at identifying the underlying factors contributing to feeding dysfunction, impaired oral intake, nutritional compromise, and family stress surrounding mealtimes.
