At Authentically You, we go against the societal grain, and want to help others feel their best, whatever that may look like. We individualize treatment for each individual’s needs. Our goal is to walk alongside your journey of healing, and help you integrate who your authentic self is, and how you want to build a meaningful life.

Our practice has therapists and dietitians who specialize in eating disorder treatment. We are passionate about weight inclusive healthcare, body image healing, and intuitive eating. We provide a collaborative team approach of individual psychotherapy and nutritional counseling to adults and adolescents within a weight neutral and intuitive eating framework.
