About
Feeding therapy support in Australia for babies and children with feeding, swallowing and oral function difficulties.
Does your child have difficulties with eating, drinking or participating in mealtimes?
Is feeding stressful for the family or do you find yourself participating in a âbattle of willsâ around mealtimes?
Are you concerned about how your childâs feeding will impact their nutrition, growth and development?
Are you looking for peace at mealtimes and wish your child enjoyed eating?
Do you have some concerns about your childâs feeding, but youâre not sure what to do next?
Babble & Munch Feeding Therapy has expertise in the assessment and treatment of infant and toddler feeding problems, as well as feeding and swallowing difficulties in older children (0-12 years).
Our team of highly skilled speech pathologists have specific expertise in infant and paediatric feeding and swallowing difficulties. Our aim is to support babies and children to discover (or rediscover) their own inner drive to eat and for their families to participate in enjoyable mealtimes.
Our focus is on identifying and understanding the underlying cause of your childâs feeding difficulties, building trust-based relationships, and supporting your childâs strengths to develop their feeding comfort, curiosity and skill.
Some of the feeding problems that we see include:
Difficulties with breastfeeding or bottle feeding
Sucking, swallowing or breathing difficulties during feeding
Coughing, choking or gagging
