Chasing Unicorns offers expert speech and feeding therapy services to help children reach their speech, language and feeding goals. Led by an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist, Chasing Unicorns is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based services to each and every one of our clients. Owner Barbara Coven-Ellis has experience working with NICU grads through teens on feeding disorders, and has extensive dysphagia experience working with patients throughout the life span.

Diagnoses treated at Chasing Unicorns include but are not limited to: problems of early birth/NICU grads, aversive eaters, infants and children who are dependent on tube feeds, tube feed weaning, management of oral secretions in the tube dependent population, neurologically impaired feeding challenges, tethered oral tissues, sensory refusals, bottle to breast/breast to bottle transitions, introduction of solids, age appropriate eating and drinking, “picky” and selective eating, limited food intake resulting in decreased growth, craniofacial eating and drinking challenges, eating challenges with the ASD population, feeding challenges for children with Trisomy 21, and more.
