Feeding Psychologist- Laura Austin, PhD

I am a pediatric psychologist with 20 years of experience in supporting children and families with Pediatric Feeding Disorder.  PFD is a complicated condition and requires collaboration between multiple providers.  I am here to support the psychosocial needs of kids receiving feeding therapy.  I partner with speech and occupational therapists, dietitians and physicians.  I can provide support in-person in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, or via telehealth in Texas and about 40 other states nationwide.  I also offer virtual parent support groups that include education about PFD, training on use of personal mindfulness and coping skills, and social support with other families navigating the complicated world of Pediatric Feeding Disorder.
