About

At Hali’a Therapeutics, we specialize in supporting families through the tender early years—from birth preparation through toddlerhood. Led by Jess Draper, OTR/L, IBCLC, our holistic practice integrates infant feeding, lactation, child development, and perinatal pelvic floor therapy to care for the whole family unit.

We believe feeding is a full-body activity, deeply connected to both baby’s growth and a parent’s well-being. Our services include:

Lactation & Feeding: breast and bottle feeding support, nipple shield weaning, low supply guidance, pre- and post-frenectomy care (tongue tie support), infant oral motor skills, and pumping support.
Infant & Toddler Development: milestone progression (rolling, crawling, walking), sensory processing, body tension (torticollis, plagiocephaly), orthopedic or genetic conditions, colic, food sensitivities, and constipation.
Parental Support: birth and labor prep, cesarean recovery, postpartum healing, pelvic floor therapy (pain, prolapse, incontinence, diastasis), mastitis treatment (therapeutic ultrasound), scar management, exercise groups, and maternal mental health.

Our concierge model allows us to meet families where they are—at home, in-clinic, or virtually—so care is accessible, personalized, and deeply supportive. We listen carefully, empower parents to trust their instincts, and make therapy stress-free by coming directly to you (no car seat struggles or nap-time worries).

With empathy, expertise, and empowerment, our mission is to help parents and babies feel confident, connected, and thriving in their journey together.
