Heidi Miller Speech & Associates

Heidi Miller MS CCC-SLP , who has been in practice for close to 20 years, received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and her master’s in speech-language pathology from Nova Southeastern University. Heidi has an enthusiasm for Pediatric Feeding.

Heidi is trained as an Orofacial Myologist. She has a particular interest in feeding disorders, which can deeply affect children well into their future. It is because of this passion that Heidi has been trained in many approaches to feeding and continues to expand her training as new approaches are proven in the field.

Heidi recently created an additional company called HMS Feeding where she will launch her HMS Feeding Therapy Protocol for  Expanding Repertoire of Picky Eaters and Children with ARFID. This was created as a guide to educate pediatric feeding specialists (SLP, OT) on how to effectively treat picky eaters and children with oral phase dysphagia by creating a safe environment for them to confidently learn to eat new foods. Heidi created this based on her vast experience of treating the PFD population for over 20 years.

Though Heidi has worked in a multitude of settings, including private clinics, hospitals and schools, she found her home in her own practice Heidi Miller Speech & Associates in Florham Park, New Jersey. Her practice has been recognized by NJ Family Magazine since it opened its doors in 2010.

Heidi is married with three children, which helps her understand a parent’s perspective. Additionally, the stresses of a busy household are not lost on her. She can relate and empathize with the concern every parent has for their child, and her direct and honest approach will guide your family through every step of growth.
