About

Hello families! I am a NYC-based Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in neonatal and pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. I am currently accepting private patients for virtual and/or home-based services.  My background includes current employment at New York Presbyterian where I work in the NICU and inpatient/outpatient settings providing feeding/swallowing evaluation and intervention. I have in depth knowledge of swallow physiology and regularly perform infant and pediatric swallow studies.

My clinical experience includes premature infant feeding development as a SOFFI (Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants) trained provider, oral sensorimotor skill development and texture advancement, dysphagia management, g-tube dependence and weaning, and sensory-based feeding challenges utilizing a combination of approaches to support selective eaters in becoming confident food explorers. I work with a diverse population of children presenting with a range of medically complex needs and developmental disorders. Additionally, I am a certified Lactation Education Counselor and I am currently in the process of becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Caregiver involvement is at the core of my practice! My number one goal is supporting caregivers to feel more comfortable feeding their child, building confidence in progressing their child’s skills outside of therapy, and enjoying mealtimes without stress!

I am honored to be a part of your journey in supporting your child’s feeding and swallowing skill development!
