Long Island Speech and Feeding Therapy, P.C. is a bilingual private practice in Nassau County, NY, specializing in pediatric feeding therapy, speech therapy, and myofunctional therapy. Our team provides individualized evaluations and treatment for infants, toddlers, and children with feeding difficulties, swallowing disorders, picky eating, oral motor delays, and sensory challenges.
We proudly integrate evidence-based approaches including SOFFI® (Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants), the SOS Approach to Feeding, Food Chaining, TalkTools® Oral Placement Therapy, Responsive Feeding Therapy, and the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol. These methods allow us to support children ranging from fragile infants in need of cue-based feeding to older children struggling with sensory, behavioral, or oral motor challenges.
Using a family-centered and collaborative approach, we partner with parents, caregivers, and schools to create strategies that make mealtimes safe, positive, and successful. With services available in both English and Spanish, our mission is to empower families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to help their children thrive.
