About

Miller Feeding Solutions is a pediatric therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and their families through feeding challenges with a thoughtful, relationship-based approach. Serving the Atlanta area with locations in Dunwoody and Cumming, as well as offering virtual services, the practice specializes in feeding therapy and orofacial myofunctional therapy for infants, children, and adolescents.

Founded by Deena Miller, OTD, OTR/L, a doctoral-level occupational therapist with advanced training in pediatric feeding and myofunctional therapy, Miller Feeding Solutions was created to bridge the gap between oral motor skills, sensory processing, and the emotional experience of eating. Deena has extensive experience working with children with complex feeding needs, including ARFID, oral motor delays, and airway-related concerns, and is known for her collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams including ENTs, dentists, orthodontists, and mental health providers.

At Miller Feeding Solutions, care goes beyond simply getting a child to eat more foods. Therapy focuses on understanding the whole child, including their oral motor skills, sensory, anxiety, and family dynamic so that progress feels both meaningful and sustainable.ย Each plan of care is tailored to the child, with practical strategies that carry over into everyday life.
