MINDFUL MEALTIMES

Mindful Mealtimes provides quality feeding therapy services for children birth to teens who are picky eaters or problem feeders. Assisting Maine families in raising confident and flexible eaters and helping restore peace and play to mealtimes is our goal. Mindful Mealtimes is owned by Michelle Segovias, a licensed occupational therapist who is specifically trained in feeding therapy using both the S.O.S (Sequential, Oral, Sensory) approach founded by Kay Toomey and the Ellyn Satter Division of Responsibilities. Collaboration with a registered dietitian and child’s pediatrician and gastroenterologist.
