Nourish and Grow Occupational Therapy

Nourish and Grow Occupational Therapy provides compassionate, home and community-based pediatric occupational therapy/ feeding therapy services in Northern Virginia (currently serving Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, and Manassas). We specialize in helping infants, toddlers, and children with feeding difficulties, picky eating, and sensory challenges. Our practice also supports children before and after tongue-tie releases, offering guidance to make feeding safer and more enjoyable. Beyond feeding, we work with families to build skills for everyday life—supporting independence in play, learning, and self-care. We partner closely with parents, offering education and practical strategies you can use daily.
