Protea Therapy is owned by Dr Katherine Sanchez, a PhD qualified speech pathologist with postgraduate training and experience in managing paediatric feeding disorders. Dr Sanchez provides therapy in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, Australia, as well as Australia-wide via telehealth. She has a particular interest in supporting children with complex feeding issues, including oropharyngeal dysphagia and enteral tube dependence.
