About

Becka created Bricks and Bites, LLC in 2020 after 13 years of being an occupational therapist and seeing the critical need for comprehensive, specialized, personable, and focused pediatric therapy services. Becka received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire in 2007. Her past employment and education has included working in the neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric intensive and outpatient rehabilitation hospital settings, and early intervention and home health care.
Becka has post graduate training and certificate in SOS approach to feeding, Beckman Oral Motor, Mealtime Miseries, Trauma Informed Care, sensory processing, executive functioning, and neonatal developmental care. In addition to her own private practice- Bricks and Bites, Becka is also a provider of occupational therapy services for Missouri First Steps. She is a member of Feeding Matters, and is in the process of becoming AOTA specialized in Feeding, Eating, and Swallowing Disorders.
Becka collaborates with the best pediatric clinicians and doctors in St. Louis. Her practice hopes to grow into a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and therapists. At the moment Becka offers individual and group therapy services through teletherapy, in home, and community.
