Hello my name is Sana. I have been a practicing feeding pediatric occupational therapist for the past 24 years. I have an advanced practice certification  in swallowing assessment, evaluation, intervention  from the California Board of Occupational Therapy (SWC). I am also Sensory Integration Praxis Trained ( SIPT) certified. I specialize in working with a variety of feeding challenges including transitioning from g-tube to oral feeding, limited foods in diet, and transitioning to textured foods.  Most importantly, I just want to help little ones and their families experience mealtimes as a positive experience. I provide telehealth and in person consultations within a 10- mile radius of Upland, California. Please contact for in home-visits greater than 10 mile radius.
