Speakeasy Therapy Services offers a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that combines innovative techniques with time-tested therapeutic strategies to support infants and children with feeding and oral motor challenges. Our specialized services address infant feeding, pediatric feeding disorders, orofacial myology, and oral motor dysfunction with the goal of maximizing success with food intake and mealtime experiences.

Through play-based interventions, targeted oral motor exercises, and individualized treatment strategies, we help children develop the skills necessary for safe, efficient, and enjoyable eating. We also provide guidance on environmental modifications to promote greater ease during mealtimes, expand food repertoires, and improve nutritional intake. Family involvement is central to our approach, with education and home carryover strategies designed to support lasting progress beyond the therapy setting.

The owner, Kelley Carter, has taken over 15 courses for assessing infants with breast and bottle feeding, moving into solids with safety, use of body work and oral motor exercises to expedite results.  Referrals for Tongue Tie release if/when appropriate to maximize success of procedure, while addressing the oral dysfunction, or body mechanics causing the feeding challenges.
