Speech Feeding And Development Institute

Christina Barkachi Brissette is the owner of Speech Feeding and Development Institute. She is a certified, Speech-Language Pathologist, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric feeding difficulties. Christina supports safe feeding transitions from purees to solids (i.e. advancing textures) and works with families to expand food repertoires (e.g. “picky eaters”).

SFD Institute is a private practice offering, in home or in daycare, feeding and speech therapy services. We provide responsive individualized therapy using strength-based approaches and motor learning principles. Our goal is to provide neurodiversity affirming care in a family-centered manner.
