Tiny but Mighty NICU Transition Program

I am a speech pathologist who has worked in several NICUs in the Dallas area (Levels II-IV). I have over 20 years’ experience as an SLP. The last 5+ have been in the NICU. I have opened a private practice to help families transition their babies home from the hospital safely, with a focus on feeding difficulties. A prior NICU stay is not a requirement. If an infant is having difficulty, my goal is to facilitate optimal feeding through parent education and guided participation. My practice is home based so that the infant’s environment, normal feeding conditions, patterns, and needs can be assessed and treated most effectively.
