I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed through the state of Texas, with over 20 years of experience. As the owner of Up Beet Eaters, providing responsive, skill-based, relationship-centered experiences that lead to meaningful mealtimes for toddlers to teens and young adults. Mealtime is not just about nourishment—it’s an opportunity for learning and connection. I support families through individualized one-on-one therapy as well as by leading workshops and trainings for schools, clinics, and community organizations. Whether working directly with an individual or helping teams create more supportive mealtime environments, I tailor each experience to the unique needs and goals of those involved. A key part of my approach includes close collaboration with physicians and specialists, including ENTs, GIs, food allergists, dieticians, nutritionists, geneticists, and psychologists, as well as rehabilitative professionals like occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists. This multidisciplinary model ensures continuity of care that aligns with the individual and family’s values and goals—supporting comfort and growth across settings in a way that feels both respectful and practical.
