VT DEPT OF HEALTH – CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTH NEEDS

The Vermont Department of Health, Children with Special Health Needs program comprises a group of dietitians that provide nutrition assessments to children with developmental disabilities and chronic health conditions in all areas of the state of Vermont. These consultant dietitians pride themselves in providing community- and home-based, culturally-competent services to children and their families in a manner that is consistent with the principles of family-centered care.
